The administrative office is
in Chula Vista, California, and the hospital itself is located on the
ocean in Mexico, about a 40 minute drive from the San Diego border. Originally a beautiful, pristine location, over
the years, large industrial facilities have been built nearby
which do take away from the area's attractiveness. Poorer families also reside in simple housing in the general
area. Various additions to the hospital are underway and inside some
refurbishment work goes on as well. Many do not get a good impression of
the clinic because of this.

Despite all this, Dr. Donsbach, the chief administrator and creator
of almost all the therapeutic procedures, claims to have a high success rate
saving the lives of those patients pronounced "terminal" by
their American medical doctors and sent home to die. These people
suffered through radiation, chemotherapy and/or surgery without
success, and come to his hospital as a last resort. We don't have the
statistics to back up these claims, but the Cancer Control Society does
have a list of people that have gone to the clinic that you can talk to.
In the last 17
years, they claim to have treated over 15,000 patients using detoxification of the
body, a rigorous course of immune enhancing/rebuilding therapies and many
disease-specific treatment protocols, including IPT
therapy, hyperthermia, oxygen/ozone
therapy, dmso, light therapy, ultraviolet blood purification, chelation,
colonics, herbology, nutrition, photoluminescence, cancer salves, and even
counseling. They also treat candida,
multiple sclerosis, arthritis, heart disease, and emphysema. There are three medical
doctors on duty in this twenty-eight room hospital.
